Co-creating success plans

Aligning with the customer on their goals, working with the team to deliver value against those goals, and documenting and celebrating that value supports healthy customer engagement.


Regular customer meetings, business reviews, community engagement, monitoring and improving usage/adoption, product/feature delivery, and professional services engagement are all tactics I've deployed in support of value delivery.


A specific example of this value-driven approach involves aligning all the brands at a large media corporation on adopting our analytics product. Previously, each brand used different tools, creating reporting challenges and requiring my customer's SEO team to support different platforms. We partnered with their SEO team to create training materials, document one brand's successful use case, and lead a multi-brand 'road show' highlighting some new product features. This plan resulted in 4 additional brands adopting our tool, 25% expansion in analytics revenue, and increased collaboration and trust with customer's SEO and technology teams.
